Product Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase only if the product meets the required exchange conditions.
To be eligible for exchange:
- The product must be in original condition
- The product must not be damaged, misused, scratched, or altered
- Original invoice must be provided
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and labels must be returned
- The product must not show signs of physical damage, liquid damage, electrical damage, or unauthorized repair
No Cash Refund Policy
Products once sold are generally not eligible for cash refunds.
Where applicable, Laptop One (Pvt) Ltd may offer an exchange, replacement, repair, or store credit based on product condition, warranty status, and management approval.
Warranty Period
Warranty periods depend on the product type, brand, and product condition.
Brand-New Products
Brand-new products may carry a warranty period of up to 24 months, depending on the product and brand warranty terms.
Used Products
Used products carry a warranty period of 3 months, unless otherwise stated on the invoice or product listing.
Customers are advised to check the warranty period at the time of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty is provided for eligible hardware defects or manufacturing faults during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty support may include:
- Inspection
- Diagnosis
- Repair
- Replacement of faulty parts, where applicable
- Manufacturer or supplier warranty support, where applicable
Warranty Is Under Repair
Warranty does not automatically mean product replacement.
All warranty claims are handled under a repair basis. The product will be inspected and repaired where possible.
Replacement will only be considered if repair is not possible and if approved by the supplier, manufacturer, or Laptop One (Pvt) Ltd management.
Warranty Claim Process
To claim warranty, customers must:
- 1Provide the original purchase invoice
- 2Submit the product to Laptop One (Pvt) Ltd for inspection
- 3Allow reasonable time for testing, diagnosis, and repair
- 4Collect the product once the repair or warranty process is completed
Repair Timelines
Repair timelines may vary depending on the issue, product model, spare part availability, supplier response time, or manufacturer warranty process.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty will not cover issues caused by:
- Physical damage
- Liquid damage
- Burn marks or electrical damage
- Power surge or improper charging
- Broken display, hinges, casing, ports, or keyboard damage
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Software issues, viruses, malware, operating system errors, or driver issues
- Data loss or corrupted files
- Battery performance degradation due to usage
- Accessories such as bags, chargers, cables, adapters, or external items unless specifically covered
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling
Software and Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting any product for warranty, repair, service, or exchange.
Laptop One (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for data loss, software loss, installed applications, passwords, licenses, or files during repair or warranty service.
Dead Pixels, Battery, and Accessories
Warranty for screens, batteries, chargers, and accessories may vary depending on brand and supplier conditions.
Battery backup time may reduce with usage and is not always considered a warranty defect unless confirmed by technical inspection.
Return of Repaired Products
Customers must collect repaired or inspected products within a reasonable time after being notified.
Laptop One (Pvt) Ltd will not be responsible for products left uncollected for an extended period.
